Our founder started out like most of you — a freelance videographer and photographer, chasing the next booking and doing the books at midnight. No ops team, no software budget. Just the work, and whatever tools were cheap enough to cobble together.

Over thirteen years, that one-person operation grew into a multimillion-dollar production company — eighteen people on the team, thousands of productions out the door, hundreds of clients. By every outside measure, it was a success. Inside, it was a different story — still chasing unpaid invoices, finding gear broken or double-booked the morning of a shoot, fighting a CRM that never fit how we actually worked, and never really knowing which jobs made money and which ones quietly lost it.
