Messaging Terms (SMS)

These Messaging Terms govern the SMS/text message program (the "Program") offered by NectaryHQ LLC ("Nectary," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program at a glance

1. Consent / opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages from Nectary when you provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree — for example, by checking a consent box on a form, texting us first, or otherwise indicating your consent. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We will only send messages to numbers that have opted in.

2. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

3. How to get help

Text HELP for assistance, or email hello@nectaryhq.com. For help with your mobile plan, contact your wireless carrier.

4. Rates & delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

5. Privacy

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Supported carriers

Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

7. Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
