NectaryHQ LLC ("Nectary," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Nectary production-management platform and the website at nectaryhq.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account & contact details — name, email, phone number, business name, and billing information when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
Content you add — jobs, estimates, client and crew details, files, and other data you enter into the Service.
Communications — messages you send us and your preferences.

Information collected automatically

Usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
To process payments and manage your subscription;
To respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related messages;
With your consent, to send you product updates, marketing, or SMS/text messages (see Section 4);
To protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers / subprocessors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. SMS / text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your account, demos you request, appointment reminders, and — where you have consented — marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Google account sign-in and Google user data

You can create a Nectary HQ account and sign in using your Google Account. When you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google shares a limited profile with us: your name, your email address, and your Google profile picture.

We use that information only to create and identify your Nectary HQ account, to display your name and picture inside your workspace, and to send you service-related messages about your account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers described in Section 3.

You can revoke Nectary HQ’s access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, and you can request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@nectaryhq.com.

Nectary HQ’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Data retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@nectaryhq.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
